Hannes is a certified home inspector with nearly 2,000 completed home inspections throughout the Kansas City Metro area and has seen firsthand how quality craftsmanship and attention to detail can make a lasting difference in a home’s safety, comfort, and value. His background as a certified home inspector gives him an edge as a handyman.

Hannes worked as a Senior Pro Installer for The Shade Store, perfecting precision installation and customer satisfaction. He also spent years as a licensed general electrician in both residential and commercial settings in California, gaining additional technical experience working within the entertainment industry’s electrical and camera departments.

This diverse hands-on experience allows Hannes to approach every project, big or small, with expert insight, craftsmanship, and care. Dedicated to quality and long-term results, he takes pride in helping homeowners enhance and protect their most important investment: their home.
